Genealogist Report 17 September 2007

Dear Jerry:

I have finally finished your research for this period. As always, you will first find an updated set of pedigree charts. The first family group sheet is an updated sheet for Erich Ersson and Bryta Persdotter (family #48) from pedigree chart #2. You will note that I have located the death/burial date on the husband.

On pedigree chart #3 you will find Kirsten Hansdotter, who was first married to Lars Johansson (family #46 which you have). Kirsten was married secondly to Per Larsson (family #583).

Next is an updated sheet from pedigree chart #3 for Hans Nilsson and Chirsten Nilsdotter (family #89) who are your 7th great grandparents. You will note that I found one additional child.

The wife above, Chirsten Nilsdotter, was the daughter of Nils Persson and Brita Nilsdotter (family #182). This is also on pedigree chart #3. New on this sheet is the burial date of the wife. Another child to Nils Persson and Brita Nilsdotter was Nils Nilsson. He was married secondly in 1727 to Ingeborg Larsdotter (family #616). The lines of Brita Nilsdotter are continued on pedigree chart #25. Brita was the first child of Nils Jakobsson and Cherstin Hansdotter (family #188) from Armanboda in Lindesberg..

Another child to Nils Jakobsson and Cherstin Hansdotter was Erich Nilsson. He was married in 1704 to Karin Ersdotter (family #230) of Gusselby. I have found record of seven children to this couple. Their oldest daughter, Ann Ersdotter, was married in 1734 to Hans Hansson of Garphyttan (family #631).

Erich Nilsson and Margreta Pehrsdotter (family #218) are shown on pedigree chart #6. They are your 7th great grandparents from Hidinge in Lindesberg. The lines of Margreta Pehrsdotter are continued on pedigree chart #47. She was the daughter of Pehr Larsson and Anna Hindrichsdotter (family #221) from Hidinge. Brita Pehrsdotter was the older sister of Margreta and she was married in 1733 to Erich Ohlsson (family #630).

Next we go to pedigree chart #7 to the family of Pehr Hansson and Elisabeth Olsdotter (family #186) of Snuggan. Here again, I located one additional child in this family.

Elisabeth Olsdotter was from Garphyttan in Lindesberg, and her lines are continued on pedigree chart #53. She was the daughter of Olof Svensson and Kerstin Svensdotter (family #199). This is according to her marriage record. I have not been able to locate any record of the parents, and it appears that they may have resided previously at another residence in Lindesberg, or even at another parish. However, I have identified the three children.

The son Sven Olsson, was married in 1697 to the widow Anna Pehrsdotter (family #214). They had only one child, Olof Svensson. He was married first in 1721 to Maria Bengtsdotter (family #234). It appears that they had at least eight children.

Anna Olsdotter was also a child to Olof Svensson and Kerstin Svensdotter. She was married in 1713 to Lars Hansson and they resided at Garphyttan in Lindesberg (family #260). I have identified ten children in their family.

Karin Ersdotter was the daughter of Erich Andersson and Ingeborg Bengtsdotter (family #443 which you have) from pedigree chart #10. Karin's first husband is not known, but her second husband was Jacob Ersson (family #535).

On pedigree chart #18 is the family of Johan Eliasson and Marit Larsdotter (family #86 which you have). Their daughter, Maria Johansdotter, was married in 1720 to Olof Hansson of Langakar in Lindesberg (family #581). I have located six children in this family.

Hans Ersson and Ingeborg Ersdotter (family #87 which you have) are shown on pedigree chart #19. Their daughter, Ingeborg Hansdotter, was married in 1725 to Erich Parsson (family #602) of Guldsmedshyttan.

Next if you will go to pedigree chart #27 you will find the family of Erik Davidsson and Karin Joensdotter of Bjorka in Lindesberg (family #367 which you have). David Ersson was their son. He was married first to Kerstin Parsdotter (family #279 which you have). Their son was Lars Davidsson and he was married in 1722 to Kerstin Ersdotter (family #587). They resided at Gusselby and had at least five children. David Ersson was married secondly in 1700 to Karin Nilsdotter with whom he had two children (family #280). Their daughter, Karin Davidsdotter, was married in 1732 to Anders Hansson of Garphyttan (family #628).

Hans Andersson and Elisabet Andersdotter (family #286 which you have) are your 9th great grandparents. They are shown on pedigree chart #48. Enclosed are sheets on three of their children:

Peder Hansson was married in 1698 to Margareta Ohlsdotter and they resided at Hammaren (family #290). They were the parents of eleven children. Of these, I have located marriages on three. Hans Pedersson was married in 1731 to Karin Larsdotter (fam #626) while Margeta Pedersdotter was married in 1720 to Erich Bengtsson (family #580) and Anders Pedersson was married in 1731 to Kirstin Larsdotter (family #627).

Margreta Hansdotter was married in 1695 to Lars Christophersson of Gusselhyttan (family #287). They were the parents of seven children. I have located marriages and/or families on two of these: Hans Larsson who was married in 1723 to Kerstin Johansdotter (family #590) while Lars Larsson was married in 1733 to Kerstin Hansdotter (family #629).

Anna Hansdotter was married in 1701 to Par Ersson (family #549). I located record of five children in this family. The husband died in 1729.

Still on pedigree chart #48 are the parents of Hans Andersson, Anders Andersson and Karin (family #296 which you have) who were from Hammaren. Another child in this family was Karin Andersdotter. She was married in 1662 to Anders Andersson of Wasselhyttan (family #402). It appears that they were the parents of nine children.

Olof Andersson was the son of Anders Andersson and Karin Andersdotter above. He was married in 1700 to Anna Ohlsdotter (family #433). One of their sons, Anders Olsson, was married in 1724 to Kerstin Andersdotter (family #601).

We now go to pedigree chart #49 where we find the family of Lars Christophersson and Karin Andersdotter (family #306). They are your 9th great grandparents. Your ancestor is their child Anna. Although there were likely several other children in this family, I have only been able to identify two others:

Johan Larsson was married three times. His first wife was Anna Hemmingsdotter (family #424). His second wife was Karin Persdotter (family #541), and his last wife was the widow Bryta Olsdotter (family #561).

Christopher Larsson was married in 1716 to Kerstin Johansdotter (family #578). They resided at Bjornhammer in Lindesberg where they had at least six children.

Most of the other sheets are for various other cousins. The relationship is on each one. Please send me an e-mail to let me know when you recieve this package and what your plans are for further research. Best wishes.
