NOVEMBER 1996 NEWSLETTER
This month I am sending a copy of the GEISSINGER family Coat of Arms which is directly from Austria and is the authentic Coat of Arms which belongs to the family. This was received directly from Ferdinand GISINGER who sent it to Steven GUISINGER who sent it on to me. Ferdinand lives in Dornbirn, just a close jump from Goetzis, the ancestral home of our GEISSINGER family. He is a 6th cousin to most of us.
I will also send some of the family group sheets which others have wanted me to send. This family group sheet belongs to the brother of Charles Geissinger. He married twice and had a large family by each wife.
Thanks to the faithful contributors. Trudy Schenk is looking specifically for the Martin Brill village of origin and hopefully will be able to find his marriage to Anna Maria ___________. This will enable us to research her line and all of the descendants in those village records like we did the Geissingers in Austria.
