Andrew Mowra Will, Bedford Tp. Filed 12th April 1813. Registered Will
Book 1 page 342. Bedford County personally appeared before the subscriber.
Register for the probate of Wills and granting letters of adminbistration
in and for said County, Jacob Ralor and Albert Miller the subscribing
witnesses to the within Will who being duly sworn described and saith that
they were personally present and heard and saw Andrew Mowra the testator
sign seal publish, pronounce and declare the within instrument of writing
as and for his last Will and testament that at the time of doing thereof
the testator was of sound and disposing mind and memory according to the
best of their disposing knowledge and belief sworn to and subscribed this
