In the name of God amen, I Andrew Moura of Bedford Township, Bedford County being very sick but of sound mind and disposing memory do make this my last will and Testament fit it is my will that all my first debts shall be paid by my Executors herein after named mentioned. Item, I will and bequeath unto my beloved wife Margaret the interest of the one third of all the property I am possessed of. Item, it is my will and bequeath to my son Michel the sum of thirty dollars lawful money of the United States, Item. I will and bequeath unto my son Jacob the sum of ten dollars lawful money aforesaid. Item I will and bequeath to my daughter Sarah who is intermarried with Samuel Deal the sum of one dollars. Item, I will and bequeath unto my daughter Molly intermarried with Michel Emick the sum of twenty one dollars. Item, I will and bequeath unto my daughter Phebe the sum of thirty dollars. Item, I will and bequeath unto my son Andrew the sum of fifty dollars. It is my will that my executor shall rent the house and lot that my son Jacob now occupies for one year if the rent pays my debts if not to be rented for two years. I do hereby appoint my son Michal and son-in-law Michel Emich my executors of this my last Will and Testament. Witness my hand the 1st day of April A.D. 1813 signed published and declared this to be my last Will and Testament.
